Collect the admission application form at school and submit it with following mandatory supporting documents.

1. Declaration Form by Parent/Gaurdian (provided by school).

2. Previous school Transfer Certificate,

3. Student's latest passport size photographs,

4. Attested photocopy or original Aadhaar card of student,

5. Attested photocopy or original Birth Certificate of student,

6. Attested photocopies or original Aadhaar cards of parents,

7. Attested copy of PEN (Permanent Education Number) details in UDISE (provided by previous school).

8. Caste certificate, bank account details for government scholarships or schemes, etc are optional and can be submitted  later.
